Q:How to place an order?
We proceed orders in the following way:
1,Order Request
Choose the items you like,tell us the quantity you need,we will give you the most competitive price.
2,Order Confirm
Inform us the item numer,color,specification,and other requirements.We will send you a sales contract according to your requirments.After you approve all conditions in the contrat,then we will sign the contract.
3,Production
We will start production once we receive your payment(downpayment).
4,Delivery Time:
We`ll deliver your order within 24-48hours if items are in stock. If out of stock, we will deliver your order before deadline.
Q:What are the payment terms?
1,For small order or sample order,Western Union or T/T is the best choice(papal,moneygram, escrow are acceptable too)
2,The most frequent way is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance T/T before delivery.
3,For very big order,we suggest you open sight irrevocable L/C to us
We prefer T/T because it's a fast and ecomomic way to both sides.
Q:Sample Policy:
We recommend that you order a sample and approve it before mass production. We ensure all the products produced will be the same as the sample.
You are kindly requested to pay for the sample and the express fee of the sample by two ways:
1,Pay both sample & express fee to us ,we will afford both sample &express fee in China
2,Pay only sample fee to us(we offer free samples sometimes),tell us your FEDEX/UPS/DHL account,we will send samples via "freight collect"
We prefer the first way because "freight prepaid" is usually cheaper than "freight collect".
3. Which shipping way is available and how to track?
1). Cheapest freight cost is by sea to your nearest port (about 25 working days)
2). Cheaper freight cost is by air to your nearest airport (about 3-7 working days) or EMS
3). Convenient for customer but need pay higher freight cost by express economy service (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT) to your door (about 4-7 working days)
4). The best Convenient and Efficient for customer but need pay highest freight cost by express via priority service (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT) to your door (about 1-5 working days) ,When your order shipping out, we will provide you a tracking no. then you can know clearly the status of the goods.
Q:I want to do some purchase, do you have a guarantee or warranty?
Yes, you can feel confident to order from us.
1,we suggest you buy a sample for quality test before mass production ,it can also prevent you from buying wrong product because of our different undertstanding during negotiation
2.We have a special QA team checking all products many times before shipping to our customers
3.We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Q: CFR or CIF will be accepted?
With fulll position support from our own forwarder, we supply timely delivery and shipment. We also offer best freight charge from our forwarder partners and give to you for comparsion.
Q: May I ask for exclusive agent right in my country?
A: We welcome you to be our longterm cooperator in this field. As we have strict principle to entitle the exclusive rights, we suggest placing trial orders first to test your market. If the response is really good, we can talk more on this point.
Q: Is OEM welcome by your company?
A: OEM is warmly welcome by our company. Hope we both parties will benefit a lot through the cooperation.
Q:How to disassemble the 3M tape after display?
Use a card or buy a special tool from us, then wipe with clean rag Soaked with 75% alcohol.
